Why not use software translation?
Software translation is only good enough get a rough understading of a document.Translation software actually create more errors.
I just need less than 2 short sentences translated, could you do it for free?
Yes, we can give it to you for free. But you've also got some work to do for us. All you need to do is that you go to Google, search 'English to Korean translation' and click our site from the result list.
Alternatively, you can go to our English to Korean Translation page, and bookmark the page to del.icio.us. It will help us to get recognized by the public.
What if I need a little update after receiving translation?
We can always help with small updates.
What are the possible payment options?
Credit card is the best and the fastest option. We start the translation work after payment is received, so you can save time by paying with a credit card. Other payment options such as bank transfer, Paypal or cheques are also accepted. If you are not in North America, you could send payment through moneybookers.com or Western union.
How much should I pay upfront?
For all translations less than $200, you should pay 100% upfront. Translations for more than $200 allows payment of 70% of the total fee upfront.
What kind of source file format do you support?
We support pretty much everything. MS word, Power Point, Excel, MS Publisher, PDF, Text. However, it is a little harder to work with image files.

How do you know a document's word count?
If you use MS Word open your source document to be translated and select the "Tool" menu, then select the "Word Count" submenu. It will show the exact word count in your document. Simply enter that number in the web form. If you attach more than one file, the word count should be the total word count of all documents.
If you have any trouble finding the word count, then leave the word count field blank, but it will take longer to receive your quote. However if you enter the word count, you will get an instant quote.
What kind of files should I attach?
MS word is the best format to give you the fastest quote. However we accept various kinds of file formats.
I have more than 3 files. How do I attatch all files?
You can use winzip to make one zip file and attatch it.
What is the maxium file attachment allowed?
File size should be less than 5 MB. If you have a bigger file please contact us.
I only have a hard copy version. What should I do?
If you just want a quote, tell us the estimate of word count. If you want the actual cost, fax it to us.
Is there a minimum translation amout?
If you are a one time customer, the minimum translation amount is about 2 pages, which is 500 words. There is no minimum amount for members.
About the Translation Process
Is the quick quote price the final?
In most cases, it is the final quote. However, if the customer enters the wrong word count, we might correct it and notify you.
When do you guys start the actual translation?
If you are a membership customer or long term customer, we will start processing your translation request immediately. If you a first time customer, we will start the translation as soon as we receive the translation payment.
How will I receive the translated documents?
Most customers will get their translated document through e-mail. However, if you prefer to receive the document in different ways, such as fax or snail mail, we can do that too. In this case, we may charge you for the delivery cost.
About membership program
How do I become a membership customer?
Simply send us an e-mail including your contact information, and then one of our staff will contact you.
Does becoming a member really save my money and time?
For non-membership customers, there is a two page minimum translation amount. For membership customers, there is no such a thing. Translation service fees for those customers will be one monthly amount. Membership customers also only pay once at the end of each month while non-membership customers have to pay each time they get a translation service.
